At Petshopi, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy explains how we can help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  3. The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements.
  2. Grooming products (like shampoos, brushes, etc.) once opened.
  3. Perishable or consumable items.
  4. Customized or personalized products.

3. Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  2. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  3. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

  1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  2. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  2. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide order details and supporting photos/videos for verification.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation.
