At Petshopi, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy explains how we can help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used pet food, treats, or supplements.
- Grooming products (like shampoos, brushes, etc.) once opened.
- Perishable or consumable items.
- Customized or personalized products.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order details and supporting photos/videos for verification.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation.
