1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
2. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery (as per our Return Policy).

2. Order Cancellation by Petshopi

We may cancel your order in the following cases:

1. Product is out of stock or unavailable.
2. Payment is not successfully completed.
3. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided.
4. Suspicious or fraudulent transactions detected.

If your order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

1. For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, a 100% refund will be issued.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges apply if cancelled before dispatch.
